Binary Yard Ltd. intends to maintain and improve its position as a preferred supplier for website and support services. Our best practices for the development are to maintain and improve the quality management to deliver the better product and service. This is why we follows the International Standard provided by ISO which promotes the adoption of a process approach when developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness of a quality management system, to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements.

To ensure that the development process is complete within stipulated time & budget and the product meets customer requirements we develop the plan individually for each project.

Project Planing and Management

Project Manager & Team Leader do the Analysis and Designing, and take full responsibility for the overall project. Once the Requirement Specification is prepared and approved, Project Manager conduct a Planning Meeting with the Project Team. The Agenda of the Meeting will include:

• Project Development Methodology
• Test Plan
• Configuration Plan
• Progress Monitoring Plan
• Project Schedule
• & any other Pertinent Topic

Based on the Requirement Specification, the Team Structure is decided during the Review of Project Plan – for timely completion of the Project at minimum cost. Any modification in Team Structure (if required) is requested by the Project Manager, and is approved by the Director in Charge. In case of External Resources (Consultant, Subcontractor, new Programmers), approval is also given by the Project Manager.

QA and Testing

Project Manager and Team Leader is responsible to approve the Test Plan and Prepare Test Specifications. Independent Testers (testers from outside the Project Team) are responsible to Perform System Test and to Record Test Results.
